For weddings and functions accommodating over 80 guests, a marquee can be set up on the homestead lawn or tennis court.

Alternatively, the homestead verandas can be sealed off with giant transparent flaps and used in conjunction with the opulent ballroom to create an indoor-outdoor 1920s restaurant-like feel. The ballroom windows are opened so guests sitting at the veranda tables are a part of the ballroom scene.

Whether the reception is in the grand ballroom or a marquee on the grounds, the finest linen, cutlery, crockery, glassware, and candles are provided.
Fresh flower arrangements and table centre-pieces are prepared in consultation with the client.

Allanvale Homestead wait staff usually wear the original 1920’s maid attire, evoking the ambience of a charming bygone era.

The organisation and monitoring of live music and/or an in-house sound system is available upon request.
Facilities available to the bridal party
The bridal party are free to use the south wing of the homestead to dress and relax before the wedding/function.

Three bedrooms and a bathroom are available from 10am onwards throughout the day. Alternatively, the rooms can be booked for overnight stay.
